Received a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and well-maintained. The location was great and easy to find.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful during our romantic escape. The noise levels were very high and we could hear everything going on outside of our room.

hotel and rooms are nice, wellness good enough
the wellness area closes very early in the evening.If they give you a side room, the internet is not working because you are just on the border of the bulding.

Good facilities, excellent breakfast.
No internet while I was there which was a bit of a setback as I was working. Staff helpful looking up train timetables, though.

The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. the location was also great, with easy access to many of the town's attractions. We also enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere of the hotel lobby, which made us feel right at home.
The spa facilities were disappointing. the two small pools were not heated as advertised, and the sauna was only accessible from the outside.

The breakfast was great.
The pool closes at 7, also it is very small. The room has no a/c and the bed is small. The wireless is supposed to be free - maybe you will need some persistance there...

Located in a charming town with beautiful surroundings, the hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms. the staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious with locally sourced options. the pool and spa amenities are enjoyable and conveniently located on-site.
The lunch and dinner menu options are limited.

There was no airco in the room what made it very unconfortable with 27 degr in the room and 35 degr outside. Also the food in the restaurant was quite heavy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with pools and air conditioning. The location was perfect, with an easy walk to the town center and even to Slovenia. The complementary sparkling wine at breakfast on Christmas Day and Boxing Day was a nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner options. The variety of choices was impressive and the food was of excellent quality. Additionally, the spacious room with a terrace facing the pool area was a great bonus. The air conditioning and large shower added to the comfort of my stay. the service and amenities provided by this hotel were top-notch.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
